How the inquiry forms work and when other services are involved.
Sending an inquiry
When you press Send on a course, contact, or partnership form, this website passes the information you enter to FormSubmit, an email delivery service, for forwarding to GordieGoes@gmail.com. The information includes your name, email address, message, and any facility, project, or optional details you provide. You do not need your own email service to use the forms.
Your email address is included so Gordie can reply. Include only the information needed to discuss your question or project. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
Processing and retention
Form submissions are processed by the website’s hosting service, FormSubmit, and the recipient’s email provider. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Email copies are also held in the recipient’s mailbox; the provider’s 30-day archive period does not describe how long mailbox copies are retained. See FormSubmit’s documentation and privacy policy for its practices.
A successful submission message means the delivery service accepted the inquiry. It is not confirmation of inbox delivery or a reply. If the service cannot confirm submission, the page displays an error so you can decide whether to try again.
Videos and external links
On the homepage and category pages, YouTube players load after you choose Play. Dedicated episode watch pages load an embedded YouTube player when you open the page. Your browser then connects to YouTube, which may process information about your visit according to its own privacy practices. Episode thumbnails and the creator image are hosted on this website. Direct YouTube links are also provided.
Links to YouTube, social profiles, course websites, and other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices.
